Comprehensive Course

Package Overview:  

This package provides a more in-depth assessment and values/goals discussion, focused in part on identifying and describing the client’s core strengths. In addition to resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile review and improvement, clients are led through modules on developing networks, refining interview skills (phone, video-conference, and in-person; informational and behavioral), identifying and approaching appropriate references, and handling the job offer. Throughout the process the client is asked to complete a series of tasks and assignments (e.g., brief readings, revisions of cover letter/resume/LinkedIn profile, etc.) in preparation for nine video conference consultations. Finally, this package provides the client with tips and strategies for succeeding in their new role. The package also includes unlimited texts and calls during the package period as well as three 10-15 minute follow-up calls after the package has been completed. The approach is always tailored to the individual client.  Gainfully clients typically complete this package in six to seven weeks.
