The Gainfully Career Accelerator course helps you identify and overcome the barriers holding you back in your job or internship search through targeted material and self-exploration exercises. In addition to resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile review and improvement, learners are led through modules on developing networks, refining interview skills (phone, video-conference, and in-person; informational and behavioral), identifying and approaching appropriate references, and handling the job offer. Throughout the process the learner is asked to complete a series of tasks and assignments (e.g., brief readings, revisions of cover letter/resume/LinkedIn profile, etc.). Finally, the course provides tips and strategies for succeeding in one’s new role.
